PRICING FOR 2010 2010 TROPHY WHITETAIL HUNTS Mature trophy whitetail buck up to a 130 class + 1 doe + 1 hog* $2,200 Mature trophy whitetail buck up to a 10 point any score + 1 management whitetail buck + 1 doe + 1 hog* $ 4,500 Mature Trophy Whitetail that will be up to a 12 point any score + 1 management whitetail buck + 1 doe + 1 hog* $6,800 “Management Bucks” are mature bucks that have met their genetic potential such as Spikes, absence of G1 or bucks that we feel need to be removed from our deer population. All inclusive Hunts include 2 nights at the ranch, meals, guides, transportation, care of all animals, usually Friday thru Sunday noon. 1 to 1 guide service. Guides will make final decision on animals to be harvested. Hunts may be split between 2 hunters for additional fee of $600. Additional native and non native does may be hunted based on wildlife management permits and availability. *Additional hogs available.

GENERAL INFORMATION TO HUNTERS

1. Whitetail does may be available with a trophy hunt.
2. Guide determines deer to be harvested
3. Daily rates for hunters and non-hunters is $200.00 per day
4. Gratuities for Rock Creek Ranch personnel are not included in any other fees, but are very much appreciated.  Management will evenly distribute the tips to those who made your hunt possible.
5. Texas hunting licenses are required
6. Bring large coolers.
7. Sight in your Bows and Rifles
8. Non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book your hunt. This will be applied to hunt balance.  Personal checks are accepted for deposit only.
9. Remaining balance is due upon departure from the ranch.
10. The management and staff of Rock Creek Ranch does not  supply alcohol to the Hunters and  the guest of the ranch. Hunters and guest may bring their own alcohol. The consumption of alcohol  will be allowed at the lodge, and after the final hunt of the day.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

      Cash, Travelers Checks,  and Personal/Corporate checks

1. In case of a cancellation, everything possible will be done to reschedule.
2. All hunters and non-hunters are required to sign a liability waiver.
3. Harvesting of animal is not guaranteed.
4. A wounded animal is paid in full.

   Arrangements may be made for Taxidermy/Processing.
