GENERAL INFORMATION TO HUNTERS

  1. Each hunter should check the weather and dress accordingly.
  2. Guide determines deer to be harvested
  3. We recommend that each hunter bring binoculars.
  4. Texas hunting licenses are required
  5. Bring large coolers.
  6. Sight in your Bows and Rifles
  7. A wounded animal is paid in full.
  8. Harvesting of an animal is not guaranteed
  9. Remaining balance is due upon departure from the ranch.
  10. The management and staff of Rock Creek Ranch does not  supply alcohol to the Hunters and  the guests of the ranch. Hunters and guest may bring their own alcohol. The consumption of alcohol  will be allowed at the lodge, and after the final hunt of the day.
  11. All hunters and non-hunters are required to sign a liability waiver.
  12. Arrangements may be made for Taxidermy/Processing

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

      Cash, Travelers Checks,  and Personal/Corporate checks

  1. Daily rates include: one on one guiding, caping your trophy, quartering the meat, lodging and meals transportation around the ranch, and cold storage.
  2. A wounded animal is paid in full.
  3. Daily rates for hunters and non-hunters is $200.00 per day.
  4. Gratuities for Rock Creek Ranch personnel are not included in any other fees, but are very much appreciated. Management will evenly distribute the tips to those who made your hunt possible.
  5. Non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book your hunt. This will be applied to the hunt balance.
  6. Remaining balance is due upon departure from the ranch.
  7. In case of a cancellation, everything will be done to reschedule.

   Arrangements may be made for Taxidermy/Processing.
