Jack Becker's Venison

Ingredients
1 or more venison backstraps
Salt and Pepper

For Sauce:
Brown Gravy Mix in a packet
1 jar Jalapeno Jelly

Directions:
Season meat with salt & pepper, wrap and store in refrigerator over -night.
Next day, sear seasoned back straps over high heat, on stove or the grill, on each side for 2-3 minutes. Wrap in foil and bake @ 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Venison will turn out juicy and medium rare…just perfect. Slice and serve with Sauce.

Sauce: Mix Gravy Mix according to directions & add ½ jar of jelly and mix well.
